I just wanted to provide a summary of our recent email campaign. As you know, we were able to obtain 14,400 email addresses for real estate brokers that we did not have in our current data base. With your assistance we were able to build a very effective opt-in program designed to capture as many of these potential customers as possible. It was our hope to market to this new group on a regular basis. We designed our email as an enticement to opt in by offering very current and valuable information through our “Spotlight Section”.
This email was sent out Monday morning at 10:30am. As of now we have received nearly 1900 opt-ins. In the first 2 hours we received 800. Since that time they have been coming in regularly at 10 and 20 at a time. I think that our campaign has really got a buzz going as one is telling another and so on (thanks for the suggestion to add a “Send to a Friend” link). Based on this success it is our plan to build this spotlight section by adding weekly information helpful to our industry professionals and retain that as an “exclusive” resource available only to those that choose to participate.
One final word, we have seen a very nice increase in our call, email and enrollment volume from those interested in courses (which after all is the reason we invested our time and effort into this campaign).
