As with all useful email lists that you may join, you may opt-out of Tidbits at any time. But, give it a try and see if you don’t find it useful to your online marketing efforts.
Here are some past Tidbits newsletters as an example of the great information we’ll share with you in Cybermail Tidbits.
Quite informative. Although we do follow some of these things, the main challenge is to get people to visit our web sites. We include only excerpts of articles and blog post links in our newsletters. We have a short quiz etc. We also offer free white papers via email to visitors who leave their email address on our site. Yet, the main challenge is to double or triple the number of visitors in the first place! Because of they come, they will sign up.
Thank you Ketan, for making a comment on my blog. Driving traffic to your web site is the main challenge. If they don’t visit and sign up, you can’t engage them. My marketing goal #1 has always been to “Find yourself in a room filled with people who need your product or service.” In order to do that I used to join local professional clubs and associations where my prospects gathered. It made no difference what the club or association did, as long as the members bought my products. If I was the only one in the room who sold my stuff, then I had a much better chance of success. I would meet the members, get on a committee, and become visible to the whole membership. Today, with the social networks, and a global marketplace, and a product that can be delivered anywhere in the world, I find myself joining professional groups on the internet. Linked In is a great place to find such professional groups. Facebook has groups but doesn’t promote them as well as Linked In. When I find the group of prospects I’m looking for, I join in the conversation. Answer questions. By my presence and with links to my web page people who need my services can ask my any question they would like and I’ll answer it with all the detail I can. That’s how you found me, right? Do you post your e-newsletter to groups in Linked In or your Facebook page?
