    I received your name and contact info from Constant Contact thru there Solutions providers list .
    I am looking for asstance in streamlining my email marketing efforts .

    Company history :
    Sense 1998 I have been in the bicycle industry selling mostly high end bike seats . Most of my sales are generated from consumer direct sales on our website Koobi.com . Most are USA with some to Canada , Great Briton and Australia .I have limited number of bike shop dealers . 2012 was best year in company history , 2013 was down a bit and 2014 has been worst year in company history . Dare is say it’s been a roller coaster . Why 2014 is been so down is a complex set of issues coming together .

    Email marketing history :
    I have been doing email marketing for 7 or 8 years thru a verity of different avenues . My mailing list is 9,000 – 10,000 good solid email addresses of mostly past customers . I have done as many as 14 emails a year but found that to be too many as results diminished . The last 4 years have been doing 4-8 a year . My current system for creating emails, managing the email list and getting the emails out is a cumbersome process . I use Constant Contact, an independent graphic artist- who creates the graphics and code the art work -and an independent 3rd person- that pulls together the entire package and gets them out . The team I use is the most competent that I’ve ever had and fair priced . But the process is cumbersome . I want to keep my graphic artist but want to come up with a more streamlined process that is still cost effective .
    Think about this situation . I am looking for help with streamlining and giving advice to improve response to my emails .
